Some guy popped up at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady with stab wounds on a Friday night. He rushed off to New York's Albany Medical Center. His condition wasn't known right away, according to the Daily Gazette.

He must have been feeling pretty good since he managed to walk into the casino at around 6:30 p.m., and he informed a staff member he was stabbed. They couldn't say where the stabbing happened.

Surgen's up for money laundering over $100K, 120 counts of having illegal slot machines, and two counts of operating a gambling house.

These illicit games were happening on video slot machines at Treasure Island Arcade, Black Beards Super Game Room, and Games 'N More in Florida.

Arizona Dad Abandons Kids for Gambling

An Arizona dude went before a judge last month for a child abuse charge. He allegedly left his 2-year-old twins on their own at home while he dashed off to a casino.

Craig Thomas Opdycke, 37, abandoned his twins at their Peoria, AZ home on September 13th. He spent about 5 hours gambling.

A neighbor stepped in when they noticed the twins out on the street with a dog. The kids were running near the road, and they got tidied up and taken back to the house. The kids had gritty faces, feet, and attire. Plus, their diapers were messy.

Opdycke came back home, first claiming he was at a restaurant for a short bit. Later he admitted he was at a casino.

The twins' mom whisked them away.

Opdycke also admitted to authorities that he has a gambling problem. He's hanging out on his own recognizance until his case goes to state court.
