The hidden documents of the "Reichsbürger" plotters - Prince seeks to connect with Putin through a covert operation.

As per the claims from the federal prosecutor's office, these defendants had plotted to take over the government, spied on the Reichstag, and held death lists. They even supposedly aimed to capture Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz and put him on live television.

The Trial of the Reichsbürger Begins

Johanna F.-J. (53) was the first to enter the provisional courtroom of the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt at 10:12 a.m, wearing a gray hood over her head. Then it was time for court: Former AfD member of the Bundestag Dr. Birgit Malsack-Winkemann (59) followed in a winter jacket with a downcast expression, ex-policeman Michael Fritsch (59) sat in the front row donning a black jacket and white shirt. Survival trainer Peter Wörner (55) walked to his seat beside two right-wing lawyers in green and beige hunting attire. Emaciated, Heinrich XIII Prince Reuss (63) entered in a royal blue jacket and immediately began tapping his finger anxiously on the table. Frail from a hunger strike, Maximilian Eder (65) was led to his second-row seat by two constables. Prince Reuss' girlfriend, Vitalia B. (40), confidently strolled past the fellow defendants in a blue suit and Burberry scarf. Finally, Hans-Joachim H. (66) and ex-KSK commander Rüdiger von Pescatore (70) arrived at 10:20 a.m., giving a military-style salute to the audience.

For reasons of space, a temporary courtroom was built especially for the trial

PRINCE REUSS: Hailing from a long-standing Thuringian noble family, he still struggles for the restoration of his lands and the resurrection of the "Principality of Reuss." As the head of the so-called "Council", he is reported to have negotiated with the Allies about a coup and used funds from his gold fortune, worth millions, to facilitate it. He attempted to foster a direct link to Russian President Putin and the "Night Wolves" rockers close to him, having interactions with representatives of the Russian embassy on multiple occasions. In intercepted phone calls, he reportedly boasted that he would have to "equip the Kalashnikov." "I'll kill them," he allegedly said concerning members of the German government.

Pescatore: Belief in satanic rituals

Pescatore on his way to the courtroom

RÜDIGER V. PESCATORE: During his time in the Bundeswehr, he sometimes landed a helicopter so he could indulge in a cup of coffee and steal weapons from old NVA and People's Police stocks. He harbors the belief in hidden prisons where children are "tortured, raped, and murdered in satanic practices" by the elite. He ran the military wing of the Reuß group and also managed the "patriot fund," which was employed to pay for gas, food, and accommodations.

Eder: Drunkenness and misuse of titles

Eder describes himself as a

MAXIMILIAN EDER: The ex-military man and coronavirus denier has been a cause for concern in the legal system due to his drunk driving, misappropriation of titles, and abuse of minors. Since his arrest in Italy on December 7, 2022, he proclaimed himself to be a "peaceful freedom fighter" and denied having any intentions of overthrowing the government violently. Maximilian Eder asserts that those responsible for "child abuse, the coronavirus deception, and the dictatorship of the state" are working to muzzle him. However, he predicts that they will vanish within three years.

Wörner: Anti-"satanic system" crusader

How Wörner presents himself on the net

PETER WÖRNER: Once a lieutenant in the Special Forces Command, he spoke openly with undercover BKA investigators about his efforts to topple the "satanic system." In a matter of weeks, the "alliance" would begin, seize control of the Bundeswehr, and apprehend politicians. Due to martial law, executions might also be a viable option. President and Mrs. Obama, as well as President and Mrs. Clinton, have already been apprehended or murdered and replaced with doubles. The coup would be financed by hidden gold deposits. His last message on the day of the raid: "Police are coming for me! Police!"

Fritsch: Questionable "lateral thinker" connections

MICHAEL FRITSCH: Appearing at "Querdenker" gatherings, he was fired from the Hanover police force on March 14, 2023. He unsuccessfully sought a place in the Bundestag for the party "Die Basis" in 2021. In the new administration, he was in charge of "security and law enforcement" and kept a list of contact details for Bundestag members. Despite this, during a two-day inquiry at Sehnde prison, he maintained that he hadn't been involved in storming the Reichstag's planning. He expressed that he was not interested in beginning a war or launching a revolution or violent uprising.

The management consultant from Bockhorn, who was once a corporal in the German military, came in contact with the group due to his dissatisfaction with the government's actions against the coronavirus pandemic. According to emails that were confiscated, he claims to have invested 151,000 euros in the "development of our association." Most notably, he transferred 75,000 euros to two criminal Swiss brothers for the search of underground child prisons, which they likely kept for themselves.

Dr. Birgit Malsack-Winkemann aids the group

DR. BIRGIT MALSACK-WINKEMANN: The ex-judge and former member of the Bundestag guided Eder and Wörner, among others, through the tunnels of the Reichstag ("... the elderly couldn't walk so well," she stated during her interrogation). She showed them where the members of the government were seated and gave them lists of parliamentary sessions. In the Prince's Council, she was assigned the "Justice" portfolio: She no longer wished to serve as a judge, but instead desired to be active in the government herself, she informed her astrologer. A peculiar detail: While her boss, Prince Reuß, sought to connect with the Russian embassy, Malsack-Winkemann obtained a small firearms license, a Haenel CR223 rifle, and a Smith & Wesson 686 revolver - just in case "the Russians arrive, so to speak."

Johanna F.-J.: Specializing in forgotten memories

JOHANNA F.-J.: The practice manager from Tübingen unsuccessfully ran for the Bundestag for "Die Partei" in 2021. She radicalized during the coronavirus times and plotted the "Aktion Morgenröte" with Eder - she couldn't recall during the interrogation that she was referring to the attack on the Bundestag. However, a list of code words was discovered on her person: as per the federal prosecutor's office, "colored pencils" signified weapons, "cutting down" indicated eliminating people.

Vitalia B.: Artist and organizer extraordinaire

VITALIA B.: The prince's girlfriend was born in Kaliningrad, attended art history and Slavic philology in Heidelberg (final grade 1.3). At Schloss Waidmannsheil in Bad Lobenstein, she managed the art objects of the House of Reuss, but according to the indictment, she also procured satellite telephones for the group and organized an invitation from Prince Reuß to the Consulate General of the Russian Federation on 13 June 2022. B. insisted that they only viewed Meissen porcelain during their visit. Moreover, at the "Council" meetings in the palace, she merely prepared coffee and served snacks.

These individuals are currently on trial. The trial is slated to last for 48 days until mid-January. However, the proceedings may extend beyond that: "We will remain here as long as we must," declared court spokeswoman Gundula Fehns-Böer.
