Could a German take over his position? - Pochettino is no longer at Chelsea.
The Argentine coach is parting ways with the Premier League team in mutual understanding following a year at its helm.
Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley, sporting directors at Chelsea, express their gratitude to Pochettino, saying, "We'd like to thank Mauricio for his contribution during his time with us. He's more than welcome back at Stamford Bridge in the future, and we wish him luck in his coaching career."
Pochettino, in return, expressed his appreciation, "I'm grateful to the Chelsea ownership group and sporting directors for allowing me to be part of this fantastic soccer club's history. The club is in a strong position to compete both domestically and internationally in the upcoming seasons."
With Pochettino's departure, the hunt for a new coach at Chelsea continues, as mentioned by the Telegraph. Potential candidates under consideration are Sebastian Hoeneß, coach of Stuttgart, Michel of Girona, Kieran McKenna from Ipswich Town, and Leicester City's Enzo Maresca.
Meanwhile, what's Pochettino up to now?
