Peter Fox, a 52-year-old musician from Berlin, has released a new song celebrating life. The track is titled "Toast" and features rapper Reezy from Frankfurt/Main. The song aims to express the love and support of the stage crew or "the love that never leaves us". The release of the song is scheduled for this Friday, May 3rd.

Fox, who originally goes by the name Pierre Baigorry, gained massive success with his debut solo album "Stadtaffe" in 2008. Last year, he received recognition for the single "Zukunft Pink", which he recorded with singer Inéz. This was followed by his album "Love Songs" that highlighted his love for dancehall and African Amapiano house music.

Similar to "Zukunft Pink", Fox's new song "Toast" blends the dancehall and African Amapiano house influences with lively beats and humorous lyrics. The lyrics mention family and happiness, depicting a positive atmosphere: "Family is healthy, and the kids are all right". However, not everything is perfect: "No land of smiles, Germany is weakening, but I'm staying strong." The musician wishes his lifelong dream would last longer: "I hope nobody wakes me up."
