Skillfully handle the match ball, yet ... - Pep is engaged in a dispute with his netminder.

Guardiola's team victoriously conquers Tottenham with a score of 2-0, regaining the top spot in the Premier League standings.

As the final game approaches, Manchester City holds a two-point lead over Arsenal. Next Sunday, they can cement their fourth English league trophy in a row with a triumph against West Ham United (5 pm).

However, the journey to the top is by no means easy!

Initially, City demonstrates some difficulty in scoring goals. Though they create promising openings, they fail to convert them.

Spurs' defender Dragusin manages to stop a shot from Silva with his head on the line (45').

Vicario, Spurs' goalkeeper, displays his reflexes by parrying away attempts by Foden (15) and De Bruyne (47).

But then Haaland, City's Norwegian striker, steps up to score!

51st minute: Silva sends on De Bruyne, who delivers an accurate cross in front of the goal line. Haaland is in the perfect position and teams up with the ball to give the home side a 1-0 lead.

Haaland scores again in the added time, this time from the penalty spot (90.+1).

Exuberant cheers from the fans, but a tense atmosphere on the bench!

In the 63rd minute, Tottenham's Romero collides with City's Ederson, the Brazilian keeper. Although he receives treatment and is able to continue playing, Guardiola decides not to take any risks and replaces Ederson with Stefan Ortega, formerly from Bielefeld.

Ederson doesn't take kindly to this and expresses his anger towards his coach. He removes his gloves and kicks a medical case, resulting in a demeaning departure.

Meanwhile, Ortega, the newcomer, proves his worth.

Not only does he perform impressively, but he also shines with three crucial saves against Kulusevski (71st/80th) and Son (86th) to preserve the 1-0 advantage.

Ortega's superb performance contributes to the champions' match ball.
