Stuttgart's Aviation Hub undergoes a transformation - Opting not to remain standing during the climate protest.

Have a seat instead of persevering!

The protest event started at 11:30 AM on a Saturday at Terminal 3 of the airport, right as vacation season kicked off. As per Reutlingen police, "approximately 100 people from different organizations participated in both registered and spontaneous activities."

Following approximately one hour and 45 minutes, the ringleader of the climate activists proclaimed the demonstration over. Nonetheless, several individuals refused to cease their dissent.

A police spokesperson stated, "Despite the rally's conclusion, a few people continued with unannounced actions and flash mobs." Some demonstrators even hung out on a ledge with signs.

Ten activists were barred from Stuttgart Airport. The police spokesperson added, "Seven of the individuals who failed to heed the directives to depart and were physically removed from the premises by the authorities." A few needed to be hauled away.

These seven individuals now face charges for violating the Assembly Act.
