Incredible cost for Malle real estate - Opel heir sells his lavish estate at age 58.

A sizable amount of money is required for this "unmatched property" according to estate agency Engel & Völkers. The four buildings of "Casa Ullastre" ("House of the Wild Olive Tree") boast a massive 1333 square meters of living space and 13 bedrooms. Each building will feature stunning sea views. Other luxurious amenities include a pool, a barbecue area, and a courtyard with a waterfall.

It is unlikely that Georg von Opel, a multimillionaire with a fortune estimated by Forbes at around 2.4 billion euros, is in a rush to sell this villa in Port d'Andratx, where wealthy celebrities reside on Mallorca. At just 23, he received a portion of the family fortune. He has since made major real estate investments.
