Ratingen-Homberg: Reexamining the Location - Older man robbed while using wheelchair

Around 1:15 PM, on Wittenhausweg, a man from Ratingen was sitting at a wooden stand when suddenly, a stranger appeared and without warning, pushed him and his wheelchair, stealing a gold chain worth thousands of euros. The thief then escaped towards Brachter Straße.

The perpetrator is estimated to be around 30 to 40 years old, standing 1.75 to 1.85 meters tall, with a slim build. He was wearing a black motorcycle helmet, black leather jacket, and pants, and was riding a black Suzuki with the Neusser license plate (NE-).
