Religious Buildings (Sieg) - Observant individual sees criminal in sibling's vehicle
On 31st May at 11 pm, a witness went to the police station after noticing her sisiter's car with its doors wide open. There was someone in the driver's seat who was rummaging through the car at that time. As the police arrived, the person made a run for it towards the train station.
