Unexpected Score in the Arena - Nr. 1 title awarded to Lok Leipzig
Andreas Naumann (31) - the respected leader and top goalkeeper at FC Eilenburg - makes his way to Probstheida.
Naumann's deal lasts until 2025, joining a trio of goalkeepers made up of Niclas Müller (22) and Paul Krause (20). It's been announced that Isa Dogan has left the club.
Lok Leipzig welcomes a new challenger for Müller
FC Eilenburg publicly acknowledged the transfer through their social media channels. They acknowledged his seven-year tenure, saying, "He was always a crucial figure on the team despite suffering an injury in the ongoing season and played a significant part in keeping the team in the league."
Naumann, a Leipzig local and teacher by profession, is relocating.
Meanwhile, Sascha Prüfer, the coach of FC Eilenburg and rumored Lok Leipzig candidate, has signed a contract extension.
Naumann's arrival means Müller, who edged out Dogan and claimed the starting role this season, will have to confront this challenge again.
Lok Leipzig's preparations commence on June 17th.
