Microgaming's jackpots reach a total of over €150 million.

Microgaming, a popular online casino games manufacturer from Britain, doled out over €154 million to lucky players last year, with one individual winning a whopping €18,915,872.81 on the Mega Moolah slot machine. Rumors even suggest a new record win of over €20 million has already occurred. In 2018, nine million-dollar prizes were awarded, contributing significantly to this total. The CEO of Microgaming, John Coleman, expressed his satisfaction with the year and promised further enhancements.

In an official statement, Microgaming revealed that massive payouts amounting to €40 million were doled out from these nine million-dollar wins. Coleman proudly proclaimed, "We are thrilled to maintain the largest progressive jackpot network in the iGaming industry." He further added that since launching the jackpot network, nearly €1 billion has been paid out. The company aims to expand and improve their network even more.

In September 2018, a fortunate player hit the biggest jackpot, a spectacular €18,915,872.81, while playing the well-liked Mega Moolah slot machine on their smartphone. This record-breaking win eclipsed the previous one of €17,879,645.12 from 2015 by a million. Undoubtedly, this accomplishment would secure a place in the Guinness Book of Records. The year's record win came after several generous jackpots earlier in the year. On January 14, 2018, Zodiac Casino's patron walked away with €2,424,117.20. Then, on February 27, a Royal Vegas Casino customer was overjoyed with their €4,769,344.11 windfall. One week later, on March 8, a Captain Cook Casino user celebrated a mobile victory of €4,365,843.63. In April, a Grand Mondial Casino player received €4,603,056.85, and on June 24, a Jackpot City Casino (now known as Jackpots in a Flash) winner announced a slightly smaller payout of €4,931,205.56.

Simultaneously, Microgaming's other popular title, Major Millions, had two winners sharing the million-euro title: On February 2, 2018, a Betsafe customer took home €1,896,616.91, and a British player from RedKings Online Casino won £1,515,371.53 on August 22. As of the end of January 2019, the Mega Moolah jackpot surpassed the €20 million mark, leading to rumors of a record-breaking win and unofficial reports that it may have already happened. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

Microgaming offers a plethora of online slot machines with a progressive jackpot – King Cashalot, Tunzamunni, Lotsaloot, Fruit Fiesta, WowPot, CashSplash, and the iconic Mega Moolah and Major Millions. The manufacturer from the Isle of Man also features progressive jackpots on its table games, including Triple 7s Progressive Blackjack and Royal Roulette. Caribbean Draw Poker, Progressive Cyberstud Poker, and Poker Ride in the poker category, along with Jackpot Deuces and SupaJax, offer players the potential for seven-figure wins. Although Microgaming boasts the largest progressive jackpot network in the industry, others, like Playtech and NetEnt, have also joined the race. Playtech's Age of the Gods slot series and NetEnt's Mega Fortune are worthy competitors with jackpots reaching millions.

While Microgaming has paid out nearly €1 billion in jackpots since its network's inception in 1998, the British company still strives to improve and develop the network further. The never-ending quest for the next big jackpot is still in motion.
