High earnings - Manager awards every worker with ten salary bonuses.
Nearly all of the one hundred employees at Cipsoft receive a bonus equal to 10 times their salary every month for their contributions to the popular game "Tibia." This amounts to approximately 85% of their yearly salary. Each team member is estimated to receive an extra 43,500 euros annually.
Cipsoft's current profits are estimated at 14.5 million euros - a 22% increase from the previous year. Company president Vogler states, "We're fortunate to operate a live-service game like 'Tibia,' which has a devoted player base and where we've made the right investments in recent years."
"Tibia" has been in existence since 1997 and features 500,000 active players across 77 different game servers. Additionally, there is the mobile version called "TibiaME" with over ten million players. At its core, "Tibia" still maintains the 90s aesthetics of a two-dimensional game without sound or music. While the basic version is free, in the premium version, players can rent properties, improve their characters, and lead a digital secondary life by paying a fee.
Meanwhile, Cipsoft's rivals are experiencing difficulties. Although Vogler maintains a humble demeanor and acknowledges this, he finds it challenging to enjoy Cipsoft's triumphant figures as he once did in the past.
