Urgent Situations - Man severely hurt during work accident on dock grounds.
A man, 55 years old, fell six meters off a rooftop inside a hall at a company in Rostock's seaport on Saturday. The accident occurred while he was there to inspect a faulty air conditioning system. The incident happened so suddenly that the cause of the fall is yet to be determined. The man got hurt with a broken elbow and hit his head. The police have reported this event, adding that the man is now being treated at the University Hospital in Rostock. They've also confirmed that, as of now, no safety violation or health and safety regulations were flagged during their initial checks.
