Remains discovered in Thuringia - Man aged 44 dies; authorities probe potential perpetrator.

In an apartment on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße, authorities discovered the lifeless body of a 44-year-old Polish man on April 29. A prime suspect has since been identified.

Victim Details.

Senior public prosecutor Hannes Grünseisen has revealed that the person being investigated for this crime is a 28-year-old Polish citizen. It appears the victim was a mere visitor to the apartment in Gotha's north region.

Forensic examination unveiled evidence of a criminal act, as the victim's death was deemed non-natural. The deceased sustained "multiple injuries," according to Grünseisen. The investigation into murder continues, with more details about the circumstances of the crime yet to come.

No arrest warrant has been filed against the 28-year-old Polish suspect by the Erfurt public prosecutor's office.
