Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen is a huge admirer of pop artist Rihanna. He appeared in her 2015 music video for the track "Bitch Better Have My Money".
Despite not regularly listening to music, including Rihanna's, he claimed she astonishes him when he does. "I think she's incredibly talented," the 58-year-old said in an interview with the German Press Agency. He described her as hilarious and delightful during their collaboration, declaring, "I'm a Rihanna fan just because of her."
His latest film, "King's Land", is set to debut in German cinemas on June 6. In the historical drama by Nikolaj Arcel, Mikkelsen portrays soldier Ludvig Kahlen, living in Denmark in the 18th century, aiming to reclaim the Jutland wilderness for the king to receive a noble title. But he faces various hardships.
Mikkelsen stressed that taking breaks between film assignments is crucial. He prefers engaging in sports, constructing things, and spending time with his loved ones. "This is why I live," he expressed, explaining his reasons for these activities.
