Artistic performer specialized in creating tunes using various instruments. - Luxury air travel and extravagant accommodations: Concerns rise over Britney Spears' financial management

For about a decade and a half, Britney Spears' life resembled that of a disabled person. She had little to no control over her decisions, and her father, Jamie Spears, made major decisions for her. He stopped her from having more children and managed her finances. However, things shifted in November 2021 when she regained her freedom. Since then, it seems like Brit has been relishing her newfound independence.

Spending sprees by Britney Spears

As per various reports in the American press, Britney Spears' day-to-day routine revolves around lavish trips. Sources say that she takes a trip around the world nearly every month. She has a penchant for places like Hawaii, Mexico, or French Polynesia. To get there, Spears spends around one million bucks per trip. It's causing quite a stir among those close to her, with "TMZ" quoting one of her confidants as saying, "She can't afford it. She had $60 million when the conservatorship ended, and she's back where she started, in danger of going broke."

Though it might seem she's close to bankruptcy, that's probably not the case. It's all thanks to the striking agreement Spears made for her memoirs, "The Woman in Me." "Page Six" revealed that she will net a huge sum from this deal. The expert they spoke with mentions "record-breaking" royalties from sales. Out of that, Spears will pocket 25% of the net profit. So, she's got a pretty sweet deal going on.

Despite this, some worry that Spears might exhaust her finances eventually. "She has no idea how money works," an insider told "Page Six." Adding, "Her whole life, other people oversaw her bank accounts, and any purchase, no matter how small, had to reported to the court." So, Spears is now on her own for the first time in a long time.

However, it's uncertain if she can keep up her lifestyle. Speculations are that she might need to find new sources of income. But, not so fast, according to another source close to her, Spears isn't interested in making a musical comeback. Sources also told "Page Six," "She made it clear she doesn't want to go back to the music industry."
