In Hanover, a mini pony named "John Boy" caused a unique police response. This mischievous pony managed to break free from its stable at Schützenplatz around 6:20 a.m. and embarked on a city-wide journey.
Witnesses saw the bold pony and informed the police. Officers pursued "John Boy" to a backyard on Hildesheimer Straße, where it was "apprehended without incident," according to the police.
Luckily, traffic wasn't too heavy at that point in the morning, preventing any potential harm.
The tiny runaway was retrieved by its owner a short while later and taken back safely to its pen.
