During the afternoon, a group of emergency responders made their way to the Rose Garden, a visited area in the capital of Saxony, following a loud explosion.
The men were becoming lifeless
The two men in need of revival were starting to turn blue when the rescuers arrived. They were carried off to hospitals nearby.
Afterwards, the emergency services began to search the banks of the Elbe. It was possible that there were more individuals in trouble in those areas. The Dresden fire department requested that people remain away from Carusufer and Weintraubenstraße.
A large-scale tragedy (MANV) was announced - the emergency services were prepping for managing a significant number of hurt folks. A helicopter was also called into action.
