Bulgarian poker player Alex Kulev (age 29) wins a $100,000 event in Montenegro during the Triton High Roller Series backed by GGPoker, currently totaling €2.3 million in earnings for him. It's his first victory in the popular tournament series and his most significant live cash win ever.
Kulev Surpasses the 12 Million Mark
With this victory, Kulev surpasses the €12 million mark in his entire career earnings. He now holds the top spot on the Bulgarian all-time money list and ranks 88th globally. Remarkably, Kulev hasn't been playing in super high roller games (highest stakes) for a long time; he's been in this prestigious group for only 1.5 years.
His most noteworthy achievement before this win took place last year when he earned his first gold bracelet at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, receiving around €2 million.
