Eight-year-old subjected to abuse in school yard. - Is there a repeat offender targeting females?
►A man allegedly harassed two 12-year-old girls sexually at a supermarket in Wilhelmstraße in Kleinglattbach around 6 pm on Monday evening. They managed to get away.
Likely not the first time this happened!
There were several instances of girls being accosted over a weekend in April: On April 12 and 14, an unidentified person approached several children "in a suggestive manner," according to the police.
Case1: Two girls (10, 12) were waiting at a bus stop in the street "Im See" around 4.25 pm on April 12 when they encountered the unknown man.
Case 2: On April 14 at around 7.10 pm, the stranger approached an 8-year-old girl in Wilhelmstraße.
Creepy: In both cases, the stranger, who was on foot, showed the girls "his exposed member," according to the authorities .The children then ran home.
The description of the perpetrator closely matches the one from the incident at the secondary school: the girls described the perpetrator in April as a man about 180 cm tall, around 20-30 years old with dark eyes. He also has a reddish-brown beard and short brown hair.
►On April 12, the unknown man was dressed in short brown work trousers and a gray T-shirt. On Sundays, he wore sand-colored, three-quarter length cargo pants with side pockets. He was also wearing a black cap on April 14. In both cases, the man carried a large, presumably olive green backpack.
The current victims at the secondary school and at the supermarket describe the perpetrator as follows: a man between 20 and 30 years old with brown hair, wearing short brown or beige cargo pants and a gray raincoat. He was carrying a red backpack in at least one of the cases. Before the first incident in the school playground, the man was seen pushing a bicycle.
