Taylor Swift has acquired a total of eight luxurious villas and apartments in four different states across the United States with her significant other, NFL player Travis Kelce (34). They have a variety of options to choose from for their future retirement destination.
Taylor Swift's penthouse in Nashville, Tennessee
At just 20 years old, Swift made her first real estate purchase in Nashville. The 300 square meter penthouse featured three bedrooms and a price tag of 1.8 million euros. She personally designed it, describing the interior as "creative and feminine."

After the success of her album "Speak Now" in 2011, Swift went on a shopping spree in L.A. She ended up purchasing a 6000-square-meter cottage in the exclusive neighborhood of Beverly Hills for 3.29 million euros. She sold it in 2018 for 3.7 million euros.
