Thrilling license drama - HSV struggles to remain afloat.

Lifetime decisions are imminent!

After hours of discussion, a three-member panel issues a verdict at the Salon Herrenhausen. The judge is Christof Wieschemann (61, Bochum) with legal counsel Michael Kintrup (35) and Prof. Dr. Rainer Tarek Cherkeh (56) proposed to him.

The Handball Bundesliga (HBL) is sending their legal representative, Andreas Thiel (64), to the hearing without voting privileges. Meanwhile, the HSV is being represented by lawyers Helge-Olaf Kading and André van de Velde (53).

The HBL rented the Salon Herrenhausen from 10 am to 5 pm to address the licensing crisis. Apart from the tribunal's three seats, the venue can accommodate an extra 16 people. Considering the HBL's large delegation, the seating arrangement will be crucial.

In addition to league president Uwe Schwenker (65), those in attendance consist of business manager Frank Bohmann (59), communications and media chief Oliver Lücke (59), and the licensing committee, headed by Rolf Nottmeier.

The HSV Hamburg, on the other hand, will make their way there with business manager Sebastian Frecke (38), board member van de Velde, legal counsel Helge-Olaf Kading, press officer Andreas Pröpping (36), goalkeeper Jogi Bitter (41), and captain Niklas Weller (31).
