Heino is now taking over the United States.

In the US, folk singer Heino (85) received support. This week, he visited the multicultural city of New York for promotional purposes. These included three concerts with a large band that will be held in August for the German-speaking community in New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia.

At 85 years old, he is seeking to give it another go. - Heino is now taking over the United States.

The musician received an invitation from the Austrian ambassador to the US, Petra Schneebauer, to attend the Vienna Opera Ball at the renowned Plaza Hotel in New York. The festival is modeled after Vienna's tradition.

Unfortunately, Hannelore passed away last November at the age of 82. The couple had been traveling together for decades, frequently visiting the US.

Heino remarks, "I've attended two Vienna Opera Balls within three months, 7000km apart. That's quite a feat! So it was worth buying a tailcoat."

Accompanying Heino on this American trip were his manager Helmut Werner (40) and Austrian entrepreneur Markus Deussl ("Alpha Cooling"), who also funded the journey. Heino has recently become the face of advertising for his cooling treatments.

The entertainer shared, "The portions are much larger here than in Europe. Every evening, I had a juicy New York strip steak or a delectable porterhouse steak, accompanied by a fine red wine. Incredible!"

Heino had previously performed in the US 30 years ago. Then, he captivated his American fans at the Garden State Arts Center in New Jersey, where he'll soon be returning. Additionally, Heino had a second home in Florida for many years.
