A local court is considering a case. - Heiko of Hammer throws punches!
"What caused all the noise outside my courtroom?" Judge Susanne Vogelsang enquired from the first witness. Annett S., a 52-year-old decorator at a furniture store, stated: "They were fighting. They started shouting at first, then physically attacked each other."
However, why did these two people, who had been arguing, end up fighting? It all began when Heiko discovered two years ago that Dana had been cheating on him and had also made pornographic material. As a result of this, Heiko became "Hammer-Heiko" and vandalized his parents' house, which Dana had received as a birthday present from her mother-in-law. The cost of the damage was 600,000 euros, although Heiko did manage to ensure that Dana and her new lover, Jürgen, couldn't move into the small house so quickly. Afterwards, there were advertisements, subpoenas, and now physical blows were being exchanged. Thankfully, no one was injured.
A fight reminiscent of a boxing match
Soon after the boxing match, Hammer-Heiko was sitting calmly next to his lawyer on the defendant's bench. His opponent was outside the door, waiting for his turn as a witness.
The presiding judge expressed her disapproval at the scene in the courtroom: "Why are these two belligerent parties sitting so close to each other? Why didn't they separate? We have separate rooms for such situations so that the opponents can keep their distance."
Daily criminal complaints
In the ongoing criminal case, it is about a violation of a restraining order. The accused, Hammer-Heiko, details: "At that time, I had arranged for Dana and her lover to be kept at a distance of 300 meters from my parents' house. But Dana was on her way to my house, so I confronted her."
The judge arches an eyebrow at the chaotic state of affairs: "Both parties have bans in place, and they're both filing criminal complaints against each other. As if the courts don't have more pressing matters to deal with."
She proposes: If Heiko drops his objection to a defamation sentence (costing him 1500 euros), then she will dismiss the second case (with the same penalty). Hammer-Heiko agrees without hesitation.
Is there now peace? Wishful thinking: After the verdict was read out, both sides submitted new criminal complaints.
