Comfort following GNTM elimination. - Heidi makes her model's heartfelt desire come true.
On a Thursday night, the GNTM models faced a famous Hollywood star in the lip-synching competition: Joan Collins (90, "The Denver Clan") joined Heidi Klum (50) and choreography guru Nikeata Thompson (43) as judges on the show.
However, this time, two candidates were eliminated - but one of them fulfilled a small dream in the process.
First, Kadidja (21) and Xenia (23) could relax after securing a modeling job for the fashion brand "Calzedonia" in a casting session. Ex-GNTM model and presenter Rebecca Mir (32) was also involved in this decision.
Despite practicing well for the dance routines with lip-synching, they still received criticism. Heidi complained about Marvin's (22) performance: "The energy just wasn't there a hundred percent." Joan Collins was dissatisfied with Sara (28): "Your lip movements weren't in sync with the lyrics."
Aldin (23), who was recently taken to the hospital due to a nosebleed and dizziness, appeared to be recovering. However, his performance still left something to be desired. Nikeata: "I didn't truly feel carried away." Heidi was also let down by Aldin: "The competition has surpassed you by now. You seemed fairly pale today as well."
The end result: Aldin had to leave GNTM. Although deeply saddened, he made a request of Heidi: "Can you make me one promise? I'm a die-hard fan of Halloween!" Klum instantly understood where this conversation was heading and offered: "Will you attend my party?"
The archaeology student with a love for sewing smiled once more and agreed: "I can create some incredible Halloween looks. You can even tell me what style you want!"
Later, Aldin was still emotionally drained. He broke down in tears and was consoled by Marvin: "It's been my dream to shine here!"
But Aldin wasn't the only one leaving. Sara didn't get a photograph this week either. Nikeata thought her stiff demeanor on stage was an issue: "Sara, you were remarkably serious."
