A deal has been extended. - Hanslik discusses his prospects at Lautern.
Hanslik has been successful under the guidance of trainer Friedhelm Funkel (70) and has scored crucial goals. Funkel highly commends the forward.
During the summer of 2020, Hanslik was sent on loan from Kiel to Lautern and later signed permanently. Recently, the Bad Hersfelder contributed to their team's league survival with four goals in the last three matches.
Thomas Hengen (49), Lautern's sport business manager, expresses their joy with Hansi's decision to stay: "We're thrilled that Hansi remains a permanent part of the FCK family, as we've been committed to signing him permanently for the past three years. He embodies the values of the Betze and consistently presents himself as a team player and an absolute professional, committed to the team and success. We're delighted that he wants to continue this journey with us."
Hanslik shares his happiness with his career in Kaiserslautern: "It was a challenging journey to get here, forging a bond with both the crest and the club, as well as the people. This year has been remarkable, even though the season was suboptimal. Most importantly, after the final in Berlin, you could see the potential and the support we have. For a year now, we've been discussing the extension of his contract. Thomas Hengen and Enis Hajri have been dedicated to keeping me at Lautern. So, it was an easy choice for me, and I've made my decision with my heart. I'm happy to be staying."
