Ricarda Lang and her partner are engaged. - Green Party leader reveals romantic sleep routine.

"Refresh your energy during hectic days on the campaign route," Lang states beneath the heartwarming photo. On Instagram, she writes: "It doesn't matter if it's at home or on the train; as long as I'm by your side, @florian.wilsch." Accompanied by a heart emoji.

The pair has been engaged since last March. They initially voiced their intentions to get married this year. However, it's uncertain if their wedding plans will materialize this summer.

All details about their wedding are "secret," Lang shared in April. What's certain is that they won't be throwing a huge bash on Sylt as her FDP friend, Christian Lindner (45), did.

The couple has been together since 2016. They don't make frequent appearances in public, but occasionally share glimpses of their romance. One instance was a Venice vacation picture for their seventh anniversary ("7 years. Thank you"). Another was a photo from their hiking adventures.

For their engagement (March 25, 2023), they shared a picture of a ring along with a tight embrace, accompanied by the straightforward message: "engaged."

Ricarda and her mathematician partner (who lectures in number theory and linear algebra at the University of Hanover) currently maintain a long-distance relationship, traveling between Hanover (him) and Berlin (her). "I'm content to spend two hours on a crowded train for an evening together," Lang disclosed to Gala magazine.
