The Euro-Final4 tournament will take place in Hamburg. - Fractured finger doesn't stop this celebrity from engaging in handball.

Marsenic said to Sport Bild, "I'm eager to assist the team and primarily back my buddy Darj in the defense. Even though my hand and fingers might hurt, the pain is tolerable now."

Three weeks ago, the accident occurred during the game against Melsungen. Marsenic mentioned, "Kristopans' hand unintentionally smacked mine right after a shot, causing my left little finger to break. The doctor at Melsungen even suggested surgery. But I've always been optimistic that I'd recover. At this point, a lot has mended and I'm prepared".

To safeguard the fractured finger, Marsenic will have the taping wrapped tightly around it during training and during the Final4 for the semi-final against Rhein-Neckar Löwen on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. For Dyn. His hand currently resembles that of Mr. Spock from Star Trek (Vulcan's greeting gesture). Marsenic laughed, "The little finger is connected to the ring finger for added security. Unfortunately, I have relatively small hands, and the wrapping makes them even smaller, but luckily it's not my throwing hand."

The 2.03-meter behemoth is important both in the Foxes' scoring and defense: "Despite a draining season, now isn't the moment to feel exhausted. We wholeheartedly desire to maintain our European Cup crown. We need that cherry on top. We attained the Champions League, which is amazing, but we began this season to win a championship."

In order to achieve this, the Berliners must overcome the Lions in the semi-finals: "It will certainly be challenging, but we've consistently performed well against the Rhein-Neckar Lions. The Final 4 is fantastic, with three German teams and the European League reaching Champions League caliber for me. We're here now to reward ourselves for a fantastic season."

Marsenic won't require painkillers to manage the game due to his finger injury: "It's irrelevant in a Final4 like this. My mind is prepared to persevere through the two days, to fully exploit the occasion once again, and my body will follow."

The schedule includes: SG Flensburg-Handewitt vs. Dinamo Bucharest at 3:00 p.m. and Rhein-Neckar Löwen vs. Füchse Berlin at 6:00 p.m. - both broadcast on Dyn (ad).
