Henyard's trip to Sin City could end up costing taxpayers more after a city employee on the trip accused a Dalton trustee of sexual assault. A woman who was later fired by Henyard told the mayor she was sexually assaulted by trustee Andrew Holmes after smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol, according to federal law enforcement.

Holmes allegedly had a video call with a Dalton police officer who was traveling with him, showing the woman's partial nudity. The woman said she kept a piece of clothing to prove the attack through forensic evidence.
