"Youth Orchestra Embarks on a Latin American Tour"
The East Bavarian Youth Symphony Orchestra (OJO) is gearing up for an exciting year in 2025, as they bring together young musicians from various locations in East Bavaria to focus on music from Spain and Latin America.
Desar Sulejmani, the artistic director of the OJO, will remain at the helm for their 2025 programs. The OJO, consisting of approximately 50 musicians aged between 11 and 27, will rehearse and prepare their programs at the Musikakademie Alteglofsheim.
The OJO's 2025 programs will be challenging for the musicians involved, as they will perform works by renowned composers such as Georges Bizet, Arturo Marquez, and Manuel de Falla. In addition to these, the OJO's programs may include additional works from Latin America, but specific information about which composers besides the OJO will have their works performed is not yet available.
