Young roller-skater (aged 17) sustains severe injuries after crash with stationary automobile
In the heart of Bochum, a traffic accident occurred on Kornharpener Straße on Monday, August 25th, around 4 pm. The incident involved a motorcyclist and a car driver.
The motorcyclist, a 17-year-old resident of Bochum, was riding on Kornharpener Straße towards "Auf der Prinz". Unfortunately, the motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in the accident. An ambulance crew was promptly dispatched to the scene and took the injured motorcyclist to a hospital.
Meanwhile, the car driver, a 34-year-old resident of Ennepetal, was parking at house number 126 when the accident occurred.
The location of the accident investigation is still Bochum-Kornharpen. The Traffic Commission has taken over the further investigation of the accident. The Kornharpener Straße was closed in the area of the accident until 6 pm for the duration of the investigation.
