The colleague, in a derogatory manner, said, "Kutte baithe diye hamere peeche (they have kept dogs for surveillance)".

As the incident unfolded, other colleagues joined in, laughing and pointing at Shweta. Some suggested not involving HR in the matter, while others urged Shweta to report the incident to HR.
