On Thursday, November 20, 2025, the United Companies Air Center in Evansville, Indiana, will host a special event: the 2025 Find A Way fundraising event by Mattingly Charities. This evening promises to be a memorable one, as it brings together the best of country music and Major League Baseball (MLB) legends.

The event will feature a live performance by country singer-songwriter Larry Fleet, who will entertain the audience with his captivating tunes. But the night doesn't stop there – fans of classic country music will be treated to a medley of iconic songs from the 1950s to the 1980s. The lineup includes "Harper Valley P.T.A." by Jeannie C. Riley (1968), "The Battle of New Orleans" by Johnny Horton (1959), "I'm Sorry" and "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" by John Denver (1975), "Lady" by Kenny Rogers (1980), "9 to 5" by Dolly Parton (1981), "I Love a Rainy Night" by Eddie Rabbitt (1981), and many more.

In addition to the music, the event will also include a special Q&A session with MLB Hall of Famer Scott Rolen and Don Mattingly. Rolen, a native of Evansville, played 17 seasons in Major League Baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies, St. Louis Cardinals, Toronto Blue Jays, and Cincinnati Reds from 1996 to 2012. Mattingly, another MLB legend, hailing from Evansville, is also known for his illustrious career, primarily with the New York Yankees.

But the highlight of the evening will be the performance by Matt Kemp, a former Major League Baseball player, who will join Don Mattingly on stage. This marks a rare opportunity for fans to witness these sports legends in a unique setting.

Mattingly Charities, an Evansville-based non-profit, helps underserved youth in the Evansville area through the game of baseball. Over the years, they have branched out to help other youth-focused organizations by providing funding in the form of grants.
