Yaamava' Resort Unveils Luxury Cocktail Program for 40th Anniversary
Yaamava' Resort and Casino at San Manuel is marking its 40th anniversary with a fresh take on luxury drinks. The venue has launched a reimagined cocktail program, designed to elevate its already high-end beverage offerings. A special one-night event with a world-famous mixologist kicked off the celebrations. The new cocktail program arrives in partnership with Giancarlo Bar Consulting, founded by internationally recognised bartender Giancarlo Mancino. It introduces three distinct collections: Twists on Classics, From Grape to Glass, and The 86 Collection. These menus will be available at The Pines Modern Steakhouse, alongside updated drink lists at Y Lounge and Lobby Bar.
To celebrate the milestone, the resort hosted an exclusive evening featuring world-renowned mixologist Giacamo Giannotti. Guests sampled the new creations while enjoying the casino's signature hospitality. Kenji Hall, the resort's general manager, explained that the aim is to surprise visitors in memorable ways—especially during this anniversary year.
