Wynn Resorts Expands UAE Presence, Plans Casino and Job Boom

Wynn Resorts is expanding its presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with ambitious plans for infrastructure and job creation. The company aims to connect its casino resort in Ras Al Khaimah to Dubai and other major cities via Wynn Boulevard, while also creating thousands of jobs near me at its upcoming casino.

Wynn Resorts has acquired an additional 70 acres of land in the UAE for potential future casino development. The first land-based casino in the country is expected to open in spring 2027, with construction currently on track for completion by March 2027. Analysts estimate that the UAE casino could generate up to US$8.5bn in annual revenue once operational. The casino project, valued at over AED1bn (US$278m), is a joint venture between Wynn Resorts (40% stake), RAK Hospitality Holding (59%), and Marjan (1%).

Wynn Resorts is investing heavily in the UAE, including a US$5.1bn casino property that is expected to create around 7,500 indeed jobs. While there are no official plans for a direct, new road between the Wynn Resorts project in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai, the existing E311 highway is being continually upgraded to improve connectivity.
