WSV triumphs in the Test match smoothly
In a thrilling display of football, the Wuppertaler Sportverein (WSV) secured an impressive 5-1 victory over their opponents in the Niederrheinpokal match.
The WSV started the match on a new artificial turf in an optimal manner, setting the tone for the game. The first goal of the match came early, with Vincent Schaub scoring from about 22 meters in the 2nd minute. The WSV remained superior throughout the game but did not score another goal until the 29th minute, when Fritz Kleiner converted a cross from the far post to make it 2-0.

Substitute Aldin Dervisevic had a chance to add to the scoreline in the 72nd minute, but his penalty was shot over the bar. Lucas Schneider scored a consolation goal for the opposition in the 75th minute, but it was too little, too late for a comeback.
