Nick Woltemade is moving from Werder Bremen to VfB Stuttgart on a free transfer at the start of the new season.

What motivates the recent addition? - Woltemade was raised among VfB supporters.

Woltemade: "I have a strong bond with VfB, and I'm incredibly excited to finally represent the club I've been admiring since childhood."

Woltemade's grandfather and father are avid VfB fans, while his Stuttgart-based relatives were his weekend companions during school breaks. As a kid, Woltemade would enthusiastically attend VfB training sessions, idolizing players like Mario Gomez and Christian Gentner (both 38 years old).
