Luxury and collectible items continue to hold strong resale value. Tiffany & Co. pieces, particularly those tied to specific events, remain desirable due to their rarity and brand prestige. Authentic silver flatware, even from mixed sets, is valuable because of rising silver prices. Vintage lighters, especially limited-edition or designer models, are now considered collectible art.

Disasters, conflicts, and cultural recognition have made certain textiles and antiques harder to find, increasing their worth.
