The 48th Rheingau Wine Week has officially kicked off, with the opening event taking place today at 5 PM around Wiesbaden's town hall, offering over 1,000 different wines from 94 winemakers.

From August 8th to 10th, wine enthusiasts and culture lovers alike can immerse themselves in a variety of events, each offering a unique experience.

On August 8th, the Rheingau Wine Week opening event sets the tone, followed by the In the Footsteps of the Grand Hotels tour, which offers a glimpse into Wiesbaden's rich history and architectural marvels. The next day, August 9th, presents a diverse lineup. The Hafenbattle - Trail Run event for fitness enthusiasts, Thematic Tour: Multicultural Westend for culture seekers, and the Sacred Choral Music event for music lovers. In the afternoon, the Finissage "LIMES" event marks the end of the special exhibition on the Roman border system Limes.

On August 10th, the events continue with the Neroberg Tour, offering a chance to explore the mountain's diversity and history, including a visit to the Russian Church. The Caribbean in the Concert Hall event, featuring the Havana Lyceum Orchestra and Canadian pianist Stewart Goodyear, promises an evening of exotic music.
