Water supply disrupted for Beys: Cold water shut off

In the city of Biysk, residents in various districts are currently facing water shortages or reduced pressure. This issue has been particularly prevalent in the central part of the city, with some households experiencing no hot or cold water since the previous night.

The source of the water supply problem remains unspecified, but the Biysk administration has revealed that the restriction is due to the replacement of shutoff valves on ul. Krasnogvardeyskaya. The water restriction will cause a temporary pressure reduction and partial cold water supply restriction.

The water supply restriction is scheduled from 22:00 on August 28 to the completion of the work on August 29, in the central and Proiskoy part of the city. However, the local government and the municipal utility company have also informed residents about a temporary interruption of the hot water supply network from August 29 to September 4.

Despite the administration's efforts to notify residents through their chat, not everyone has been informed. Some managing companies did not notify citizens about the water supply shutdown, and some residents do not have internet access. This lack of communication has caused some residents to express their dissatisfaction in public groups and the administration's chat.

The water shortage or reduced pressure is causing inconvenience for residents trying to get ready for work. Some residents on ul. Socialisticheskaya have had no water since the previous night, and a resident on ul. Dekabristov is inquiring about the return of hot and cold water in their area.

It is worth noting that not everyone read the messages from their house committee members, who notified their residents about the water supply issue. This has led to some residents being unaware of the water supply shutdown, despite earlier information from the administration and local media.

As of the time of this article, the Biysk administration has not issued a public statement regarding the water supply issue. Residents are encouraged to stay informed and follow updates from reliable sources to ensure they are prepared for any changes in the water supply situation.
