In the early hours of Saturday morning, a disturbance at a nightclub on Bolkerstraße in Düsseldorf's old town escalated into an altercation that left two individuals injured.

According to the Düsseldorf police, a 30-year-old woman became aggressive and caused a disturbance within the club. As police arrived on the scene, the woman became even more agitated, kicking wildly. This aggressive behaviour continued as she was taken into custody, resulting in her repeatedly kicking a police officer multiple times in the head inside the patrol car.

The police officer was injured and was unable to continue her shift. The bouncer who attempted to intervene during the altercation was also injured.

The woman's actions have led to charges being brought against her for causing grievous bodily harm. She is also facing charges for resisting arrest.

Blood samples were taken from the woman, and the incident is currently under investigation. The Düsseldorf police have reported the incident, but there is no further information available about the woman or her charges related to the incident at this time.
