Upon realising it wasn't marijuana he was selling, the Russian man complained to the seller, which led to the heated argument. The seller then used a bicycle chain to strike the Russian man, causing life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene immediately after the attack.
The Russian man was rushed to a hospital and is currently on the road to recovery. The name of the suspect is not publicly disclosed, but the police are actively seeking witnesses to help identify him.
