NEWS FROM BAUNATAL: A Celebration of Community and Diversity at the 2021 Children's Olympics
Join us as we recap the recent events that took place in our city. On May 8 and 9, the Park Stadium was bustling with energy as the Children's Olympics and the Inclusive Play and Sports Festival brought together around 800 students from our city's elementary schools.
This year's event, organised by the German Professional Academy of Sports and Health, was an inclusive celebration, aiming to promote community spirit and diversity. The event was supported by trainee coaches from the bdks, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
The Children's Olympics showcased joy and shared experiences through sporting encounters. The event made a strong statement, reaffirming our city's commitment to inclusivity and community engagement.
