Verizon's free bill comparison helps customers slash mobile costs
Verizon has launched a new campaign to help customers check if they're getting the best value on their mobile plans. The company is offering a free bill comparison service, inviting people to bring their current carrier's bill into any store for a detailed breakdown. With rising costs affecting household budgets, the move aims to show how Verizon's deals stack up against competitors.
The initiative was announced by Verizon Consumer CEO Sowmyanarayan Sampath. Customers can visit any of Verizon's retail locations for a no-obligation side-by-side analysis of their current bill. For those who prefer to stay at home, a call to 1-800-366-0227 connects them with a representative who will guide them through the process over the phone.
Verizon highlights several perks as part of its value proposition. These include a 40% discount on streaming services like Netflix and HBO Max, a three-year price lock guarantee, and extra savings for bundling mobile and home internet. The company also offers exclusive experiences, rewards, and the ability to customise each line on a plan. Support is another key focus. Verizon provides 24/7 live assistance, a newly updated My Verizon app, and access to the largest retail network in the US. The carrier also boasts a network covering 99% of the American population. Its reliability has been recognised with 35 consecutive J.D. Power awards for Network Quality, including consistent wins in the North Central, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions since 2010.
The bill comparison service comes as many Americans look for ways to cut costs on essentials, including smartphone plans. Verizon's offer includes discounts, flexible options, and a network praised for its coverage and quality. Customers can now assess potential savings directly through in-store visits or phone consultations.
