Vehicles traverse Yablon bridge, Krasnodar city.
In the early hours of this morning, a drone attack occurred in the city of Krasnodar, lasting for three hours. The incident caused significant damage to several locations, as reported by Russian sources.
The most severe damage was at the Krasnodar Oil Refinery, where debris from Ukrainian drones struck a technological unit, resulting in a fire covering approximately 300 square meters. This unfortunate event comes after a drone threat was declared in Krasnodar overnight, which was later lifted around 05:00.
The village of Yablonovsky was also affected by the drone attacks. Debris from the drones damaged several private homes and a production facility. One person was injured as a result of the incident in Yablonovsky.
Interestingly, the drone attacks on Krasnodar on the night of August 29 were reported to have been carried out by Ukraine. This claim is based on the crash of a Ukrainian drone near Putin's alleged luxury residence in the Krasnodar region, according to Russian sources.
While the exact reasons for these attacks remain unclear, it is evident that the incident has caused considerable disruption and damage in the region. The authorities are currently investigating the matter to determine the full extent of the damage and to ensure the safety of the citizens of Krasnodar.
