In the Allgäu area, a car swerved off the A7 and stopped on its side following a crash with the barrier. Emergency services transported all four passengers to the hospital with injuries, a police representative reported on Saturday afternoon. The road was closed in the direction of Würzburg near Bad Grönenbach (group of Unterallgäu) for a while but has since been reopened.
