Variety of novelties introduced in tourism sector to entice vacationers

Vietnam is gearing up for an unforgettable National Day holiday on September 2, with tourism operators introducing a variety of unique experiences nationwide.

In the southeast coastal region, tourism operators are introducing distinctive tours, such as "One day as a fisherman" and Cham cultural tours. These tours promise visitors not only relaxation but also meaningful connections with Vietnam's diverse landscapes and traditions. The combination of local creativity, community participation, and official oversight ensures a vibrant and engaging holiday experience.

Đà Nẵng, in particular, is preparing to issue three types of "tourism passports" themed on cuisine, heritage, and green travel from September 1. Each passport introduces more than 180 destinations across Đà Nẵng, inviting visitors to collect stamps, redeem gifts, and enjoy exclusive offers. New industrial and cultural tours are being promoted, including visits to the Chu Lai automobile plant, Heineken brewery, Sunkraft craft beer workshop, Ngọc Linh ginseng farms, and pơ mu forests.

Elsewhere in the country, Nha Trang Old Craft Village has launched a new live performance recreating local cultural and historical depth, with activities for tourists to try traditional handicrafts and games. In the Mekong Delta, Cồn Sơn is preparing an unusual tourist experience featuring ducks interacting with tourists and buffaloes roaming with storks. This is the third "flying" product in Cồn Sơn, following earlier successes like the "flying snakehead fish" and "flying menu" performances.

In the central highlands, the Măng Đen eco-tourism area in Kon Tum Province has seen an increase in visitor numbers, with key attractions like high-tech agricultural zones, Pa Sỹ waterfall, and the local weekend market. Local officials in Măng Đen anticipate a 30% increase in tourist arrivals during the holiday, reflecting the growing popularity of the destination for both nature and cultural tourism.

In the north, the "Northwest in the autumn of independence" tour covers Hà Nội, Mộc Châu, and Điện Biên for five days and four nights, priced from VNĐ11.4 million. This tour offers a reflective experience of the country's independence story.

In Lâm Đồng Province, the Valley of Love is offering a 10% discount on online ticket purchases, the Đà Lạt cable car line will be decorated with national flags, and Langbiang will feature cultural exhibitions, performances, and resident interactions to showcase the K'Ho community.

Safety measures have been tightened at Mũi Cà Mau National Park, with strict inspections of vessels and reminders for operators to comply with traffic laws and technical standards. All service providers in Cà Mau Province have been ordered not to use unregistered or unsafe means of transport, ensuring visitor comfort and safety.

Historical tours are also available, such as the Hà Nội-Tuyên Quang-Cao Bằng route, priced between VNĐ3.5 million and VNĐ4.2 million, visiting significant revolutionary history sites like Định Hóa Safety zone, Tân Trào banyan tree, and Pác Bó Cave.

With these exciting new offerings, Vietnam is poised to provide a memorable National Day holiday for visitors, inviting them to explore the country's diverse landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture.
