Unveiling of Two IP-Connected Ultra High Definition Pan-Tilt-Zoom Cameras by Marshall

Marshall Electronics, a leading developer of professional PTZ cameras, has announced the launch of its latest offerings - the CV630-BI and CV630-WI IP-controlled PTZ cameras. These cameras boast 25X Ultra-HD HEVC capabilities, making them a powerful addition to any video production setup.

The new cameras from Marshall Electronics offer an impressive array of features. They support various resolutions, including 1920 by 1080p, 1280 by 720p, and 1920 by 1080i. With a 25 times Ultra HD HEVC capabilities, they can capture up to Ultra-HD 3840-by-2160p video.

The cameras are equipped with an 8-megapixel, 1.25-inch imaging sensor and have a nearly 68-degree angle-of-view at their widest. They also feature synchronous pan, tilt, and zoom motors for smooth and silent movements, ensuring a professional-quality video output.

Robert Ramos, West Coast regional sales manager at Marshall Electronics, said, "The cameras capture a crisp UHD video combined with smooth PTZ camera positioning and 25 times optical zoom."

Control of these cameras is versatile and convenient. They can be controlled by IR remote, networked video management software (VMS), RS-232/RS-422, and are compatible with Visca, Visca over IP, Pelco, and ONVIF platforms. For a more intuitive adjustment of pan/tilt/zoom, pan/tilt speeds, white balance, and more, the cameras are compatible with the Marshall VS-PTC-300 PTZ Camera Controller. One-button dials and rocker control are also available with the Marshall VS-PTC-300 PTZ Camera Controller.

PoE+ (power-over-Ethernet) is available for an economical and easy installation solution. The cameras also support multiple simultaneous video streams over HDMI, 3G-SDI, and triple-stream IP (H.265/H.264) with stereo audio input.

The CV630-BI and CV630-WI are suitable for a wide range of applications, including live broadcast, newscasts, reality TV, concerts, corporate and government applications, courtrooms, houses of worship, and schools.
