Frechen Man Arrested for Driving Small Motorbike Without a Valid License and Alleged Substance Use
In an incident that occurred around 3:30 PM on July 31 in Karl-Goebels-Straße, Frechen, Germany, a 40-year-old man was stopped by local police officers. The man was suspected of driving a small motorbike without a valid driver's license.
