Break-in at Schützenstraße Residence: Police Investigate High-Value Theft

A burglary occurred at a residence in Schützenstraße, Kaltenkirchen, on the morning of August 26, 2025. Unknown perpetrators forced their way into the house around 02:30 AM and made off with high-value wristwatches, including those from well-known brands, and 200 euros in cash.

The police are appealing for witnesses to the crime or any information about a potential getaway vehicle. The suspects were described as being of different heights (over 185cm and under 175cm) and builds (slimmer and stockier). They were also reported to have spoken broken German with an Eastern European accent, according to the victim's account.

The two individuals were masked and estimated to be between 30 and 40 years old. The police have not yet released descriptions of any potential suspect vehicles.

The responding officers were unable to locate the fleeing individuals. The perpetrators encountered the homeowner and fled via the rear terrace towards Wiesenhofstraße.
